K-pop Recommendations: Latin Pop
Slowly becoming more common in k-pop, Latin Pop includes a range of styles from Reggaeton to Salsa. Think I Knew It by SONAMOO, Señorita by (G)I-DLE, or Manhattan Tango by BoA.

Groups:

Description: One of k-pop’s few co-ed groups, KARD has kept a solidly Latin pop sound throughout their career, mostly in the tropical pop category, mixing in EDM and the usual suspects of k-pop.

Description: An institution in k-pop, Super Junior first used Latin Pop in 2014’s Mamacita (which…yikes) before rectifying it with collaborations with Spanish-speaking artists and the Latin Pop influenced album Replay, which is pretty good.

Description: Not very well known, VAV has since disbanded, but they had quite a large South American fanbase and for good reason; after the song Señorita, they included a lot of Latin Pop elements that made their work stand out.
